Has my order been delivered yet?

Adoci offers both digital products and physical merchandise, so delivery depends on what you purchased. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation through a download page or via email. If you don’t see your files, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Physical merchandise is processed and shipped separately, and once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you’re unsure about your order or need assistance, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

I did not receive my digital download link, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your download email within a few minutes after purchase, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your order details and we will resend the download link.

Can I return or exchange digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience issues accessing your files or receive a corrupted file, please contact us within 10 days of purchase and we will ensure you receive a working version.

I purchased the wrong item, can I change it?

For physical merchandise, changes or cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Digital products are delivered instantly, so once a digital purchase is completed, we are unable to process cancellations, changes, or exchanges. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

My download link has expired or I lost my files. Can I get them again?

Yes! If you lose access to your digital files, contact us with your order number and email address. We will resend your files as long as it is within a reasonable time frame after purchase.

How do I access my files?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link. In most cases, you can also download your products directly from the order confirmation page. If you are unable to access your files, please contact us.

What if I experience technical issues opening my files?

Our products are provided in standard digital formats. If you have trouble opening a file, make sure you have the appropriate software installed on your device. If problems continue, please contact us for assistance.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe, and also accept PayPal payments. If your payment was declined, please double-check your billing details or try another method.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

There’s a good chance our email ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please check there first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend your order confirmation and download link.
