Refund policy
Physical Products
All physical items are eligible for a free return within 30 days after delivery. After those 30 days are up, returns are no longer allowed. Refunds take up to 3-5 business days to reach the your credit card/bank account, depending on your financial institution. After refunds are processed, they cannot be canceled or reversed. For exchanges, make the return and then place a different order with the new desired product. To request a return, please contact admin@adoci.com.
No Refunds on Digital Products
All Adoci digital products are delivered instantly in digital format. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Exceptions
The only exception is if you experience one of the following issues:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- You did not receive your digital files after purchase, and our team cannot verify delivery.
- The file provided is corrupted or incomplete, and a corrected version is not available.
In such rare cases, please contact us at admin@adoci.com with your order details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you experience any technical issues or need support accessing your files, please contact our support team at admin@adoci.com. We will make sure you receive working access to the product you purchased.
